All right–here’s one of those southern hemisphere winter collections that I like so much because they’re such good inspiration for our Georgian in-between seasons weather. Australian designer Arabella Ramsay covered the bases on what I want to be wearing this spring (ankle-length skirts, floral dresses, platform sandals) but there are also things I’d be more than happy to wear now (hello, sweater and mini dress combination, plaid wool skirt, and sweater and long skirt), though with tights, of course. And isn’t the lookbook styling especially good? I actually first saw this lookbook in a tiny preview image on the Frankie blog, but Atlanta doesn’t carry the magazine anymore and I couldn’t find the actual lookbook online for the life of me. So just when I thought I’d imagined the whole thing I came across the lookbook images on the Arabella Ramsay facebook page, and they are even better actual-sized. Especially the ones of the model walking around treacherous rocks in treacherous platforms. Who does that? (Oh . . . . . . . )
And before I forget, the Lulus.com giftcard winner is . . . . . . . . . Miss Emalith. Congratulations!

Great looks, the beach shots are nice and I really like the painted wooden floor on the individual looks. I really like dresses and skirts. Thanks for posting.

glad they’re getting some great exposure!

Gorgeous looks. I especially love the prints and how they have mixed them -truly lovely. xx veronika
I love the animal print (I think) dresses. I’d love to have some truly different and funky prints in my closet!
love this spread! those animal prints are too good.
I LOVE this! The pictures are stunning!

Oh yeah! I could definitely see wearing the first and third looks right now!
Those platform sandals are perfection! And is that a cat print in the first and third row of pics? Or is it various animals? Either way it’s too purrfect!
I love when there is a “long” and “short” version of each style element. I can look at the long version and dream about being tall and lean to pull it off and then look at the short and see how I can still have the style without looking like a bag lady!

I’m especially keen on the styling of the long skirts – I’m so glad they’re in fashion again! I really like the ease of long skirts…
Man, I’m a sucker for big floppy collars peeking out from under a sweater!
I love the last outfit, so so perfect. Normally I go for more subdued colors, but these are too great to resist x..xx
