I’m not one for fashion weeks, but I’d go to New Zealand’s in a heartbeat. A plane ticket to Auckland might be out of the question, but at least I can live vicariously through some of my favorite NZ bloggers and their posts on NZFW shows and parties. And at least I can see photos of collections as they get released. Twentysevennames didn’t do a traditional runway show for their A/W 2012 collection, choosing instead to show an exhibit of Guy Coombes campaign photos. Which is just as well for bloggers, since a good campaign photo beats a blurry runway one any day in my book.

Love this campaign! The fact that the backgrounds match the clothes is so creative. Especially love the green tartan dress!

So much fun, and the colours and peter pan collars! Top one’s definitely my favourite. Thanks for posting them!

Yeah! I love these. I would totally rather go to a NZ fashion week than the others too… I finally got to see some Twentysevennames pieces in person (Summerland is carrying them this fall!) and everything is just gorgeous! So many french seams… I love it.
This is an extremely fantastic way to shoot clothing. Whoever thought of this set up is a genius.
What an amazing and creative campaign! And I agree, this is really refreshing, runway photos can be so messy.
