Lately our local Madewell store has been teaming up with bloggers in the area, and this time around I’m getting the chance to host an event, which I’m both excited and nervous about. Well, mostly I’m excited: Madewell’s my favorite clothing store in town (I go there so often it’s embarrassing), and they’re putting on this particular event to launch a bunch of new things for spring, including the catalog, and there are so many dresses and shoes that I want to see in real life. And meeting other bloggers/blog readers always ends up being nice, no matter how shy/awkward I feel at the start. This event’s going to be low-key, and I can already tell it will be a lot of fun.
So if you’re in Atlanta and are free Thursday evening you should stop on by the Madewell store at Lenox. There will be desserts and drinks, and lots of new stuff in store. Plus you’ll get 20% off when you spend $125 or more, so if you have your eye on something from the look book you can get something on sale without really having to wait for it to go on sale.

I get embarrassed by how often I go to our Madewell too! I feel especially sheepish when
I am wearing something, or several things, from the store, haha. I will try to
come by Thursday. It was REALLY nice when they had cocktails for that one Thursday
sale…

How lovely! They did well to pick you for this event. If only I was free tomorrow evening I would be there! And I will be next door at Phipps that afternoon, too, but I’ll have to be somewhere else by 5. I hope it goes very well!
