I’m not really Southern.  I grew up in the Midwest, but moved to Georgia five years back because I got tired of cold winters and really wanted to live in a new place that I could explore.  This blog is pretty much just an excuse for day trips and long drives out to old lazy places.  I live in Atlanta and am lucky enough to have a husband who’s much better at photo-taking than I am.  I like fashion, but sometimes I like other things more.  Right now I’m more excited about reading books by southern women writers and baking muffins and daydreaming about trips out of town.  I also like running, not-too-pretty music (David Bowie’s my favorite), silent movies and PBS, and RuPaul’s Drag Race.
